Name: Alexis Carter (Lexi)
Gender: Female
Age: 18
Occupation: Operator
Base: Fall City
Partner Pokemon: Porygon-Z
Canon or OC: OC
Appearance: Lexi is about average height, but is quite slight. Her waist-length straight turquoise-blue hair is usually split into three parts, two of which become high pigtails to keep their contents out of her bright green eyes while the rest hangs loose down her back. Though it’s not always visible, her right ankle is circled by a tattoo in a pattern like a circuit board, and she’s a fan of wearing jewelry made out of dead, old or spare electronics components. She leaves her nails relatively long and would paint them bright colors if she wasn’t worried about paint flakes falling into her work and short-circuiting something.
Personality: After the people working for Prof. Hastings, Lexi is the resident nerd of Fall City, and she will challenge anyone who tries to take that from her. She can fix almost anything, especially if it’s a computer, and is a bit of a hacker…okay more than a bit: she regularly tries to hack through the security the Ranger Union puts on her computer rather than log in like anyone else would do. Her mind almost can’t help multitasking, which means she’s usually having three conversations at once and doing a few other things too. That tendency is actually good for her job as an operator in Fiore’s largest city, but talking to her when she’s working takes a little getting used to.
Family: Her mom, dad and two older brothers live in Saffron City
History:Lexi has lived in cities and around computers for as long as she can remember. Her dad worked for Silph Co. and frequently took her to work with him, so she saw cutting edge technology every day…It wasn’t until she turned ten and started traveling the world that she found out how rare masterballs really were…and she was curious about everything. Her dad’s coworkers betted that she would probably end up working for Silph Co. too, and she probably would have too, if she hadn’t hacked her way into the Ranger Union’s servers while looking into the patterns of some of her more preferred targets…the Galactic servers had a ton of interesting astronomy going on at the time. Nothing happened the night she hacked the servers, other than she didn’t get very far, but the next morning she was awoken all too early by an old man she had never met. Hastings had apparently been surprised that a thirteen year old could break even just the first layer of security for the Union’s databanks. He ended up making her an offer she couldn’t refuse, and wouldn’t want to, now that she looked back on it. Getting a job was better than getting in deep doodoo, and well…Silph was cutting edge for the average Joe, and the Union had to be even higher to stay ahead of the bad guys.
She got Porygon after it ran into her while trying to escape from its Silph Co. creators. Seeing that it liked her, or at least wasn’t actively running away from her, they gave it to her with the stipulation she would share what she found out of its capabilities. It has been her partner in computer mischief ever since, though she’s upgraded it several times to keep it compatible with the current technology.
So, yeah...I'd been wanting another character here, and then with the new people coming in, I got both a good chance to add a new person and a good character idea...What do you think? I could move her to another base if you want...
