Name: Cindi
Gender: Female
Age: 17
Occupation: Ranger
Base: Ringtown
Partner Pokemon: Ponyta
Canon or OC: OC
Appearance: Cindi is average height, around 5'6. She has long light red hair that she keeps in a long braid with a light blue ribbon at the end. Her eyes are a light hazel/brown color and she wears a tad bit too much make-up. She is your typical girly-girl and loves any excuse to get dressed up.
Personality:Cindi is somewhat of a brat and always gets what she wants. She's not too down to earth like some girls and has always been treated like a little princess her whole life. She tends to act a bit snobbyish sometimes and can be a big whiner. Although she doesn't come off as the nicest person, she is a natural when it comes to being a ranger. There isn't too big of a challenge she can't handle. She absolutely loves her partner pokemon Ponyta and the two are inseparable. Cindi has what you might call a lucky streak and it seems that everything always works out in her favor, which also tends to bug some people.
Family:Cindi has one older brother Lunick who is also stationed at Ringtown. It may not be noticeable from the outside, but the two have a very strong relationship. Cindi definitely annoys the crap out of Lunick and sometimes they just want to rip each others' hair out, but they are still always there for each other. Lunick is a bit protective of Cindi but to an extent. Everyone always seems to blame Lunick and yell at him for his sister's attitude and misbehaving.
History: Cindi and Lunick's parents live in Jhoto. When Cindi was younger she had a hard time making friends and was never able to quite fit in. She was bullied by a few girls and was made fun of. To fix this, Cindi began to read more into fashion and make-up and completely transformed her personality so that she was the exact image of a classic girlie-girl. Underneath all the make-up and expensive clothes, Cindi is really down to earth. Cindi at first wasn't too fond at the idea of being a ranger so after Lunick left for Rangerschool, she just sat around the house all day doing nothing. She eventually got bored and decided she might as well try out Rangerschool since her parents kept nagging her about it. Even though she wasn't thrilled with it at first, it grew on her and now she loves being a ranger.
Example Roleplay:
"Hey Cindi! Are you ready yet?" Lunick yelled from down the stairs of their home in Jhoto. It was her first day of Rangerschool and he couldn't help but want to take his little sister to class. "You're gonna be late if you don't hurry!" He yelled again.
"I'll be right there, just hold on for one second!" She yelled back down. She looked around her, checking to see if she had everything she needed. Lipgloss, check; eyeliner, check; journal, check; suitcase, check; jacket, check. Everything seemed to be together but there was one thing missing... "Aha! I can't believe I almost forgot this!" She looked down and picked up her favorite necklace with a small star charm on it. It was the necklace her mother had given her when she was younger and she almost never took it off, so the fact that it was sitting on her dresser was strange. She took a step back and looked around again. She hated to admit it but gosh she was going to miss this place. She took one last look in the mirror and retied her blue bow that dangled at the end of her long light red braid. She grabbed a pack of her favorite watermelon flavored gum and popped a piece in her mouth. The fresh watermelon flavor burst in her mouth and she popped a big bubble. There, she was ready.
"CINDI!!!!" Lunick almost screamed.
"I'M COMING!!" She yelled back. She took a last deep breath and headed down the stairs, not looking back. Today was the first step to her becoming a ranger.
"It's about time. We better hurry or you'll be late to your first day!" Lunick exclaimed. "I remember my first day..."
"Okay I am not going to sit here and listen to you blab all day about your school days. I agreed to letting you take me to school but I like did not sign up for your story telling." She said as she popped another bubble. She looked over at him and gave a little smirk.
"Well all I'm saying is that you're going to love it! You'll meet so many new friends and learn a ton. Maybe when you graduate you could even come to the Ringtown base!" He grinned down at Cindi, obviously more excited for her than she was herself.
"Yeah, yeah. This whole ranger thing's kinda boring me already. I'll probably quit soon anyway so I wouldn't get too excited yet." She said giving him a huge eye roll. Okay so she didn't want to show it but she was nervous as crap. "I just wanna get it over with."
"Okay well it doesn't look like you'll have to wait long we're almost there."
Cindi looked up and saw a huge stone building. Wow that went by way too fast. She took a giant breath this was it. She turned to Lunick and gave him a quick hug, "Thanks for taking me today."
"No problem Cid. Just do your best and I'll her from you soon." He said looking upset. "Oh and try not to get into too much trouble." giving her a big grin.
"I'll try but no promises." She looked at him giving the thumbs up. She turned to the school and picked up her luggage. She took another deep breath and took her first steps into the beginning of her ranger career.
